Have you ever wondered what it takes to be an astronaut? Why do astronauts train for their mission by running and doing cone drills when they will be just floating in space? Why is it important for astronauts to lift “weights” in space? Come join the NASA Train-Like-an-Astronaut (TLA) Team to learn about these topics in engaging elementary Health and Physical Education activities called, “Train Like an Astronaut.”
