Caminitos Collaborative is a movement program, for early childhood participants, in San Marcos, TX that is both developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive. After pre-testing using the PDMS-2 motor skill assessment, it was determined that these children were limited in motor skills. We will present easy and fun ideas for improving gross and fine motor skills, impart basic programming information, and include strategies for programming in culturally diverse populations. Furthermore, PDMS-2 post-data will be discussed.
