The family of SPARK K-8 PE programs is research-verified and teacher-tested. SPARK High School is the latest addition to that PE family. Like its K-8 siblings, SPARK HS PE relies on proven MVPA strategies; however, it is unique in the way in which it blends those strategies and a variety of current research on teaching effectiveness into the program. This presentation overviews research, content, instructional strategies and activity formats comprising SPARK HS PE.
