Speakers: Stuart Currie, University of Tennessee at Martin, Martin, TN; and Ajit Korgaokar, Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN
Attendees will participate in a session that will provide teaching practitioners, PETE students, and sport coaches with vital teaching/coaching experience to meet the goals of AAHPERD's Let's Move in School Initiative. A TGFU approach to physical education will be explained and implemented as the teaching model and small-sided modified games that can be easily taught/coached in physical education classes/invasion sports will be demonstrated.
