This panel discussion will present information about pathways to administration in higher education and provide women’s perspectives about strategies for career cultivation. Panelists are experienced administrators in higher education and each will describe personal experiences in administration including career pathways, opportunities, and unforeseen challenges. Panelists will conclude with a discussion of potential mentoring and professional development opportunities available and the need to create more opportunities for those aspiring to become an administrator.
