Historically, sport and exercise have disregarded how cultural, racial, gender, and socioeconomic differences influence perceptions of the field. Collectively, as professionals, our goal is to seize human potential. To be equipped to do this, an interrogation of our own prejudices and identities needs to occur. This interactive workshop will provide attendees with experiences and discussions about the accountability leaders and educators have in being aware of and understanding every facet of human experience.
