No Bathing Suit Required ~ Swim and Surf Fitness Part II. Students will gain the skills and techniques to swim efficiently with fitness benefits. This core stability workout will include dry-land skill refinement with emphasis on stroke technique, while incorporating exercise balls and small surfboards. Learn ways to incorporate lessons to accent your aquatics curriculum and assist with the reluctant swimmer. Simple enough for beginners and detailed enough for experienced swimmers.
