Because of the lack of financial support from their universities, faculty in higher education are concerned about their ability to increase faculty complement, conduct service-learning programs, and travel to present papers. This session will offer strategies for faculty to develop independence from fiscal constraints. The focus will be on grant writing, leveraging community resources, and selling your product to community partnerships so faculty can become effective in developing and expanding their specific programs.
