In part 1 of the session participants will explore strategies to integrate culturally responsive pedagogy into standards based elementary health education. The second part of the session presentation will use health disparities information to teach health education candidates the knowledge, skills, and disposition they need to teach all K-12 students. The audience will be able to share their health education teaching experiences concerning diverse populations.
