The purpose of this presentation is to increase participants' knowledge with regard to implementing physical activity programs and policies that are individually driven and culturally relevant. Using the social ecological model as a theoretical framework, presenters will discuss the individual, cultural, and ethnic factors that could lead to a more inclusive physical activity program and policy. At the end, participants should be able to integrate culturally relevant components into physical activity programs and policies.
