Participants will interact with two nutrition education programs developed by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. The ReadB4UEat online nutrition education tool, for students ages 8-12, consists of ten interactive lessons aligned to NHES. Care2Eat is a unit of study designed for students, grades 7-12, to help them understand changes that may be happening in their school food environment and guide them to identify why healthy food choices have personal relevance.
