Take a splash into new fitness lessons. Students will gain the skills and techniques to swim efficiently with fitness benefits. This core stability fitness workout will include dry land skill refinement with emphasis on stroke technique while exercising the core muscles and incorporating exercise/physio balls. Learn symmetrical movements of the arms and legs as you focus on the stroke mechanics. Simple enough for the beginner and in enough detail for an experienced swimmer.
