Tai Chi and Qigong are parts of many special activities of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing illness, managing stress, and improving personal health. Practicing Tai Chi and Qigong can help individuals enhance concentration and reduce stress. More than 70 million Chinese people practice these exercises daily. This presentation will introduce Tai Chi and Qigong exercises to the audience so they can learn Tai Chi and Qigong for the benefit of fitness, health, and wellness.
