Exercise programs designed to meet the needs of older adults have become more commonplace. Continued support for such programs is often dependent upon demonstrating their effects on the fitness or wellness of participants. The purpose of this presentation is to provide information about age- and condition-appropriate assessments and to learn how they are administered. Attendees will become acquainted with a variety of measures that will help them more precisely gauge the impact of their programs.
