Is there a purpose or intention in your teaching practices? Have you ever thought about it? The goal of this session is to introduce and train K-12 teachers, coaches, and PETE faculty to the “Purposeful Teaching” philosophy. This philosophy intentionally incorporates best practices that increase the effectiveness of your teaching. Attendees will leave the session with a variety of purposeful teaching approaches that could be used in a class or athletic practice immediately!
