Globalization has become important for sport management programs since the sport industry now crosses all borders and few boundaries remain. The question for sport management faculty is: how can we best prepare young professionals to meet the needs of a growing global community? Internship programs from different countries will be introduced at this session. Following by the examples of internship program, globalization on internship will be discussed.
