Ever wonder why a baseball pitcher tucks their glove arm while executing the pitch? The reason relates to angular momentum. This session will focus on some basic angular kinetic variables and how they are applied during sport. Coaches and teachers will learn how to improve performance by applying these concepts in real life examples. Attendees will apply torque, angular momentum, and angular impulse to specific sport conditions.
