Yoga can be used during the school day to increase physical activity, while providing other benefits, such as reducing stress, increasing focus and attention, and improving the ability to learn. During this interactive session, participants will be able to experience how yoga bits can be used in the classroom setting for both classroom management and to help contribute to daily physical activity requirements.
