Physical educators and coaches need to implement evidence-based practices (EBP) during sport programming so that youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can fully benefit from participation. Athletes with Autism™ (AwA) provides instruction to children with ASD using established EBP (e.g., social narratives, video modeling, visual supports, etc.) through an AwA™ iPad app. In this hands-on session, we will introduce the audience to AwA™, the iPad app, and opportunities for coaches and physical education teacher education programs.
