Persons active in sport and/or sport management areas most times overlook work opportunities and experiences within disability sport due to their perception and/or lack of involvement. As the field of disability sport grows, so does the need for volunteers, organizers, managers and fans. This presentation discusses in particular college students’ perceptions and involvement related to persons with disability and sport. Related topics include inclusion, diversity and expansion of an underdeveloped area in sport management.
