This session will address the needs of students with disabilities in areas including best practices in inclusive instruction to increase participation and reduce problem behaviors, innovative technology applications, evidence-based and sensory-motor training for students with autism, and implementing para-professional support strategies. The session will offer simultaneous sessions with facilitator feedback that offers general and adapted physical education practitioners opportunities to gain and share knowledge essential for insuring meaningful participation for students with disabilities.
