Health education standards strive to provide student skill development strategies that address health standards and promote cognitive thinking. Attendees will be introduced to innovative ways to incorporate technology and social media activities that impact standards for teaching content and skills. Instructional alignment is included. Information presented will include the relationship between a student's success and the success of integrating a critical thinking pedagogy in the classroom and individual lives. It is recommended to bring a laptop.
