Physical educators will learn the rules and basic skills needed to play and teach disc lacrosse, a short-sided combination of UltimateŽ, lacrosse and disc golf. Discover how to teach disc sports indoors with limited physical activity space. Knowledgeable educators will provide the content knowledge, enthusiasm, and creativity that physical educators of all grade levels will value. Playing disc lacrosse has been shown to significantly improve physical fitness in children (Menickelli, Hastie, Grube & Claxton, 2011).
