This session’s panelists will discuss the development and current implementation of the first National Physical Activity Plan (NPAP) in the U.S., and will highlight the development of a successful state plan modeled after the National Plan. West Virginia’s Be Wild! Be Wonderful! Be Active! Campaign will be described, and strategies will be shared to assist other states’ leaders as they develop state-specific physical activity plans, as called for in the NPAP.
