This highly interactive session will serve participants in both application and advocacy as they discover a six-level framework for using movement with a purpose including preparing the brain, providing brain breaks, supporting exercise and fitness, developing class cohesion, reviewing content, and teaching content. The session will fully explore the connections between fitness and cognition, the brain principles that support movement and why movement enhances the learning process.
