Three Perspectives on Standards, Mentors, Student Teachers, and Supervision
A presentation of three perspectives from three universities focusing on student teaching and the National PETE Standards. Speakers will address the NASPE/NCATE Physical Education Teacher Education National Standards, best practices in student teacher supervision using the standards as an outline, and the need for positive mentoring in developing more effective practitioners.
