Attending you will be exposed to a vehicle of life time fitness activities, learning how to train swimming, biking, running and enjoying a new fitness level for elementary/high school
Practical lessons will be included for both inside and out side facilities
Recreational and competitive components will be demonstrated. Included will be Computrainer demonstrating its creative functions for cycling Or individual fitness. Computrainer is a bike training aid that simulates outdoor biking such as hills, descents and is a 3D graphic design offering computer capabilities. |
