Meeting the NCATE Challenge: Managing Student Performance Outcomes Within a Database |
The current requirements for programs seeking NCATE program accreditation to monitor, assess, and report student performance outcomes present some unique challenges. The purpose of this session is to offer effective strategies for addressing the latest NASPE/NCATE Standards. In particular, we will offer an example of how a database can be created and maintained that would facilitate the generation of the Program Report required for submission to NASPE. While the database was created to develop the Program Report for a particular institution, we will demonstrate how the database can be tailored to fit the NCATE Program Report needs of any institution seeking Initial or Advanced accreditation. |
