Perfect Practice Makes Perfect: Options for Optimizing Practice |
In the areas of sport and physical education, it is universally agreed that practice is a valuable component of the learning process. However, the way that one should organize the 'perfect practice' session is often a point of debate. This session will offer the attendee ideas and techniques that could contribute towards organizing the perfect practice. Through the use of lecture, discussion and activities, participants can expect to gain knowledge on how to optimize the practice environment to foster learning, participation, performance and of course, FUN!. |
