Line Dance--North Carolina Style |
Attendees to this session will learn new line dances that are student created. The dances follow a logical skill progression and can easily be adapted to a multitude of grade levels. The purpose of this session is to share these dances and demonstrate how line dancing fits into the Physical Education curriculum. Elements of brain based learning are included in the composition of these dances that are fun and challenging to students This session is important because Line Dancing is a universally fun physical activity that teachers can put into use immediately upon their return to the classroom!. |
