Teaching Biomechanics in the School Gym |
To achieve the NASPE standards school students must be able to apply mechanical concepts to movement. This program will teach biomechanical principles to students while they perform active challenges in the gym. Concepts will include: linear motion, impulse momentum, hitting and throwing with spin, the magus effect and the throw and pushlike patterns. This is an active session where attendees will be invited to participate. |
