This session will focus on the area of experiential learning in sport management, specifically in an undergraduate sport marketing class. The sport marketing class collaborated with our local minor league ice hockey team for a semester long marketing and sales project. Students were broken up in small groups, met periodically with staff members of the organization, toured the facility, planned and implemented marketing and promotional strategies on campus and the local community.
