This session is designed for middle and high school teachers interested in increasing their ability to get students, even the resistant ones, involved in meaningful games. Teachers will learn how to create adaptation games to increase student engagement and to use the Tactical Decision Making (TDC) Framework and tools to enhance students’ understanding of game tactics at an individualized level. Adaptation games empower unsuccessful students while simultaneously challenging the stronger opponent. (CEU)
