As part of a Professional Development School collaborative between a Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) program and a local middle school, two PETE faculty members will share their experiences teaching daily middle school physical education for an entire school year. This session will focus upon the planning and implementation of Models Based Instruction (Metzler, 2011) in a 7th grade PE curriculum. Instructional materials and lessons learned from each phase of the project will be shared. (CEU)
