The presentation provides research on the co-construction of Cooperative Learning by teachers and university faculty at elementary schools in New Zealand. Teachers, researchers, and PETE Faculty will benefit from new knowledge of this innovative pedagogical practice in physical education. The purpose of the session is also to generate discussion regarding Cooperative Learning as an equitable, inclusive, student-centered pedagogical practice (ASCD, 2012).
