Every educator receives undeserved, unfavorable letters or comments from parents at some time during their career. A first year teacher received one of these as an email that was copied to all members of the school board. Instead of getting angry, this young professional took the opportunity to enhance community relations through a positive, instructive response to all involved. This session will focus on making “lemonade out of lemons” to enhance our programs.
