This workshop will give participants a minimum of ten lesson plans designed for the fitness instructor or animator of older adults. Cardio, strengthening, resistance, and balance exercises are not only a 'must', but fun too. All will be demonstrated! Minimum choreography but loads of fun and variety are essential for adherence to exercise programs. This workshop will deliver those components as well as create new ideas for instructors. A veritable cook book!
