This session will focus on several areas of quality assurance in health education. Topics covered will include 1) an update from NCHEC on health education certification, 2) an update from CEPH on undergraduate public health education accreditation, 3) a report of survey results regarding undergraduate accreditation, 4) an update on SOPHE initiatives and the AAHE/SOPHE merger, and 5) an update on CAEP (formerly NCATE/TEAC) and accreditation standards in school health education.
