Timely resource mobilization is a challenge for both developing and industrialized nations. The proposed program, which will utilize Google Map/GIS technology, will expedite quick monitoring and efficient mobilization of resources. This automated coordinated approach will help slash the red tape in bureaucratic handling of epidemic-like situations. Based on their locations, the program will automatically alert the nearest resource centers, to rush their help to the affected areas.
