Learn fun, developmentally appropriate physical activities that preschoolers of varying abilities can play together. Physical educators/early childhood educators/Head Start teachers can lead these activities in classrooms and gymnasiums using only readily available, inexpensive equipment. These activities help preschoolers develop their fundamental movement skills and physical fitness as well as learn cognitive concepts. View videos of children playing these activities and enjoy playing several of them yourself!
