Research shows that physical exercise is good for brain development at any age and may even add a protective element from losing mental abilities as we grow older. This session will take participants through an exercise class for active older adults and provides ideas, research, information, and practical modifications for working with the older population in an exercise setting. Activities and props include paper plates, balls, chairs, and the kitchen sink!
