Data exploration is often overlooked during data analysis, but it’s the first step when analyzing your data. The session discusses the importance of data exploration and understanding basic assumptions of statistical analyses. We'll also address using various descriptive techniques to explore data as well as examples of the importance of data exploration. For practitioners, examples of common inferential statistics and their corresponding basic assumptions will be presented.
