For various reasons infants spend little time on their stomachs anymore. However, research has proved this is an important developmental stage, enabling the body to incorporate reflexes into mature motor patterns. This program is designed to re-integrate these unrefined immature reflexes into mature motor movements to serve children that have missed this developmental stage. The program is intended to be a daily warm-up that will supplant out-moded and developmentally inappropriate warm-ups for pre-K students.
