315 Bodyweight Suspension Training on a Budget

Suspension training is all the rage at fitness clubs. The suspension trainer can be looped over a stationary bar, inserted into a wall anchor or held by a partner. Secured as such, the suspension trainer can be used by an exerciser who works against his or her bodyweight to work on upper body, core, and lower body strength endurance. We will demonstrate how to make a homemade suspension trainer and use them with a partner.
