Effective communication can be difficult, especially when approaching someone with a concern. This session will utilize a six-step model appropriate for teachers, coaches and sport managers in need of addressing problematic issues. Multiple real-life case studies will be presented during the session. Participants will learn concrete and practical ways to plan for difficult conversations in order to increase the likelihood of these interactions being positive and productive.
