This unique interval training program and functional fitness practice is helping adults over 50 to attain and maintain fitness without injury or overtraining. Fitness practices are completely individualized for each person rather than a canned or standardized program. While we share the fitness activities, we will also discuss the essence of the theory behind these practices.
