This informational and participatory session will focus on the tremendous potential of Nordic walking as a lifetime fitness activity, which can be easily introduced in the school or recreational setting. The program will examine the equipment and an easy-to-learn progression sequence, along with a quick overview of the multitude of physiological and psychological benefits of the activity. Come learn about, and try, this great activity.
