Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) is recognized by the Arthritis Foundation as an effective program that improves muscular strength, flexibility, and fitness. High-risk movements are replaced with movements that are more effective for improved health benefits. Participants in this session will be provided with a brief history, health benefits, and training resources and will participate in the first 12 forms of Sun-style TCA.
