The original SPARK study was funded in 1989 and more than 23 years of research and dissemination has led to many valuable lessons learned. This presentation will focus on key research questions answered and unanswered, and barriers to program promotion and implementation. Moving successful research to dissemination is challenging -- learn the strategies and discuss their ramifications in this relevant and interactive presentation.
