139 The First Tee National School Program

Physical educators will participate in golf activity demonstrations including motor skill and concept applications, safety and class management strategies, and lesson plan set-up. Character education will be integrated seamlessly into the activities through incorporation of The First Tee Nine Core Values. Participating physical educators will receive National School Program training certification – a required element to receive and implement the program. Professional development training, developmentally appropriate equipment and comprehensive curriculum manual complete this all-inclusive program.
